Avoid the A617

Facebook (ha!) is reporting that the A617 is Gridlocked this morning, no one is entirely sure why, and I haven't checked, but i'd suggest avoiding if possible.

Probably digging it up to do some gas works like they appear to be doing with half of Chesterfield currently!!

Tried to get from Brampton to Calow to play cricket on Tuesday night and it was a nightmare!!

Traffic seems to have been bad generally today, came back from Bolsover at about 5.30. queue from Arkwright arms traffic lights stretched right back to Calow church.

So, that was caused by drinkers coming out of the Arkwright Arms and going to Calow Church to ask forgiveness? :lol2:
